It takes up to 7 days for turnaround time on photos. You have to pick within 24 hours of receiving the picture options in order to receive your photos in time. We also have a 2 day option you can pick as well. It’s under the photography category. 

Of course! We allow 15 minutes for you to change and fix anything you want to before your session. 

Yes, feel free to bring in your own balloons since we do not provide those. You can also bring in your own props. If it is big, please message us before to make sure we have room.
