Cancellation Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we would have to reschedule or cancel the appointment. Reschedules: If there’s something on your end that requires rescheduling, you will be able to reschedule 12 hours before your appointment. You also have one complimentary rescheduled appointment. The rescheduling fee will be $35 after the initial rescheduling. Any appointment that needs to be rescheduled less than 12 hours of your appointment will result in the reschedule fee. Cancellations: If you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on your end, we will offer a rescheduling. If you want to cancel your appointment with us fully, please contact us on the contact page of our site or text us at +1 (919) 391-6724. Please try to cancel before 12 hours. The deposit is nonrefundable. No Call/ No Show results in being banned from booking again with us
