A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due after the service.

Payments can be made via cash, CashApp, or major credit/debit cards.

Deposits are non-refundable unless Charmant Studios cancels and cannot accommodate a reschedule.

If you require an appointment outside of our regular hours, a $40 emergency fee applies.

Please text us for updated availability and to request an emergency appointment.

Clients may reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice.

Last-minute reschedules (within 12 hours) will incur a $30 late rescheduling fee (unless emergency).

No-shows or client cancellations result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit is required to book again.

Refunds are only issued if Charmant Studios cancels the appointment and cannot accommodate a reschedule.

Clients are allowed one non-pictured guest for safety and space reasons.

If you are booking a beauty service (such as makeup) along with a photography session, your beauty service must be booked first to ensure accurate availability.

Failure to book the beauty service first may result in scheduling conflicts, and we cannot guarantee last-minute add-ons.

You will have 5–10 minutes to get dressed before your session begins. Please plan accordingly to maximize your shoot time.

Props: If you need props for your session, please book a consultation or text us for inquiries in advance.

If you are bringing your own props, you must be able to set them up within your scheduled session time. We cannot extend your session for additional setup or breakdown.

You will receive all raw images (watermarked) after your shoot.

Final retouched images are delivered within 7 days unless a 2-day or 5-day turnaround add-on is purchased.

Basic portrait editing includes skin retouching, backdrop retouching, and lighting adjustments.

Creative editing (background changes, heavy manipulation, etc.) will incur additional fees, discussed after RAW files are sent or during the shoot.

We understand children may be shy or uncooperative, and we do our best to create a comfortable environment.

No refunds will be issued for photoshoots where a child is uncooperative.

Parents are encouraged to talk to their children beforehand and practice posing to ensure a smoother session.

For any shoots or services that include children under 7, we prefer bookings after 5 PM on weekdays or during any open studio hours on weekends.
